Disney on Ice

Last night Jason and I took Landon to see Disney on Ice in downtown Nashville, while Houston stayed home with his nana. Cars, Toy Story, Tinkerbell and The Little Mermaid were all the characters we saw during the show.

Our family picture before we left for the show
As soon as we walked in, right in the front door were all the really expensive Disney toys kids love and parents hate to buy. Since this was Landon's night Jason bought him a $12 Buzz Lightyear that does nothing. ;o)
But he LOVES it and it made him content during the show
Dancing during intermission
Green army men were so good

All the Toy Story characters along with Mickey and Minnie

The show lasted 2 hours and Landon started melting down the last 15 minutes, which I think is pretty good since the show started at 7 pm and at this point it was almost 9 pm. So we did what any other parent would do, buy him a $10 cotton candy that came with a Lighting McQueen hat. Yeah that was smart giving a 4 year old cotton candy at 9 pm, but you do what you got to do right? As soon as we got home he had a sugar crash and feel right to sleep after this bath.
Overall it was a great show and Landon really enjoyed his one on one time with us and we really enjoyed being with him as well. The things we do for our kids.
