Harness Buddy

OK so Landon is ALL over the place. Now that he is walking everywhere he does not want me to carry him or even sit in a shopping cart. So yesterday I bought a Harness Buddy. HAHA!! It's a monkey backpack/harness with an attached tail so I can keep a hold of him. My mom said that she had one of these for me, so they have been around awhile. I put it on Landon last night and he was not a happy camper. He absolutely hated it and wanted to get out of it ASAP. I always told myself when I have kids I will NEVER put my child in one of those, but now that I have a little guy that is into EVERYTHING and wants to go EVERYWHERE I changed my mind quickly. Do you have one of these? Does your kids like it? I wish he knew I am doing it for his safety.

Bath time fun

Landon LOVES his bath's. He especially loves sitting under the faucet as the bath is filling up. This is his favorite part of his whole bath. After we wash him and let him play awhile in the tub I will let him just sit and play under the faucet. Of course he likes to splash the water, drink the water and stick his head under the water. He is such a HAM!!

Trunk or Treat 2009

Halloween night we headed to Joelton, Tn (Jason's home church) for their annual Trunk or Treat. The rain stopped and it turned out to be a very nice night. There was good food and lot's of fun. We had a great time spending halloween night with our family. Landon did awesome and kept his dragon costume on the entire night. Here are a few pictures from our fun family night.

At mother's day out Landon was able to dress up in his halloween costume. This year he is a dragon. Here are a few pictures in his costume. For halloween we are going to Jason's childhood church for their annual truck or treat. Besides truck or treating they have cotton candy, popcorn and hot dog stands. We have never attended so we are looking forward for a fun night out and spending time with Jason's family.

Weekend Wrap up

We have been very busy this weekend. Well Jason has been very busy. Saturday Jason helped a friend move for a few hours in the morning and then came home and unloaded 4 scoops of mulch in our flower beds. My dad came over to help and after they finished we went out to eat dinner and watched the last half of the UT vs. Bama game. I am for UT Jason is a Bama fan. A house divided!! After dinner we headed to Halloween in the Park. Today we went to church, Jason cut the grass, hosted small group at our house and then off the to grocery store. Now we are waiting on Jason's parent's to visit for a few hours. The holiday's are approaching so our weekend's will only get busier.
Our yard looks great so I took a few picture's before all the grass and plants die for the season. Thanks Jason for all your hard work. We love you!!

I heart water can

I had to bring in my water can to fill up to water my mums outside. I placed the water can on the floor and guess who found it and wanted to carry it around the house. I guess all the toys that are in every corner of our house are not good enough.

Pumpkin Farm 2009

Today was a great day to visit our local pumpkin farm. Last year when we visited the farm Landon was only 3 months old. This year he is a 15 month old little man walking everywhere and wanting to touch everything. My parents went with us and shared this fun and special day with Jason, Landon and I.
